About the role

Join Costa Coffee in Weston‑super‑Mare as a Barista, working flexible shifts on a fixed‑term basis. You will be the face of the store, delivering high‑quality coffee and a welcoming experience to every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to company standards.
• Provide an energising customer experience with friendly service.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and uphold hygiene and quality standards.
• Keep the store clean, organised and running smoothly throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the store operates efficiently.
