About the role

Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea and food items to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming and well‑stocked store environment.
- Deliver an energising, friendly customer experience on every shift.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Required profile
- Resourceful, adaptable and a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Accountable with pride in delivering quality.
- Calm, composed and strong communication skills.
- Genuine people focus and enthusiasm for teamwork.
Required skills
- Ability to operate coffee machines and follow health & safety standards.
