About the role
Join Costa Coffee as a Barista and help create memorable coffee experiences for customers in Newcastle. You will work in a friendly environment, delivering high‑quality drinks while enjoying flexible shift patterns that suit both your needs and the store’s schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and other menu items to a high standard.
- Provide an energising and welcoming customer experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Required profile
- Resourceful, adaptable and positive attitude.
- Accountable with pride in delivering quality.
- Calm, composed and strong communication skills.
- Genuine people focus and enthusiasm for teamwork.
Required skills
- Ability to follow menu specifications and hygiene standards.
