About the role

As a Barista at Costa Coffee in Southend‑on‑Sea you will create high‑quality coffee and a welcoming experience for every customer. The role offers fully flexible shift patterns to fit your personal schedule while supporting the store’s busy periods.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to Costa’s standards.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe store environment.
• Ensure the menu is accurately presented and stock levels are managed.
• Provide friendly, efficient service and handle customer enquiries.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store targets.
