About the role
Join Costa Coffee in Chichester as a Barista, delivering great coffee and friendly service to customers. You’ll work flexible shifts, either full‑time or part‑time, in a vibrant café environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage menu items to high standards.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming store and ensure equipment is kept in good condition.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Work collaboratively with team members to keep the store running smoothly.
Required profile
- Resourceful, adaptable and positive attitude.
- Accountable and proud of delivering quality work.
- Calm under pressure with strong communication skills.
- Enthusiastic about interacting with customers and teammates.
Required skills
- Proficiency in operating coffee machines and related equipment.
