About the role
As a Barista at Costa Coffee you will craft great coffee and create memorable experiences for customers. The role offers flexible, full-time shifts of 35 hours per week at the Watford Arches Retail Park.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering an energising customer experience.
- Master the menu, maintain product standards and ensure consistency.
- Keep the store clean, welcoming and running smoothly throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
