About the role

Join Moto’s vibrant team at Costa Coffee in Leigh Delamere and deliver high‑quality coffee and friendly service to motorists. As a Barista you will create uplifting coffee moments while contributing to a modern motorway‑stop experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, frappes and seasonal drinks to a high standard.
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming store environment.
• Engage customers with a smile, ensuring they leave happy and eager to return.
• Learn and promote Costa’s product range, including sustainably sourced beans.
• Collaborate with teammates to uphold health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Passion for coffee and delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to learn about Costa’s product range and brand values.

Required skills
