About the role

As a Barista Maestro at Costa Coffee in Exeter you will lead the store’s weekend shifts, ensuring smooth operations and memorable customer experiences. The role combines hands‑on coffee preparation with team leadership, offering flexible full‑time or part‑time hours.

Key responsibilities

• Lead smooth, efficient weekend shifts and maintain service flow.
• Train, coach and support new Baristas to uphold Costa standards.
• Motivate and energise the team, fostering a positive work environment.
• Maintain high standards of coffee quality and customer service.
• Adapt resources and solve problems quickly to keep the store running.

Required profile

• Reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
• Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure.
• Previous team‑leader experience or a willingness to step into the role.
