Barista – Park Lane Market (London)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join the Park Lane Market team at JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London. You will be the face of our coffee service, preparing high‑quality espresso drinks, serving snacks and ensuring a friendly, efficient experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare espresso‑based coffees, food and snacks.
• Operate the coffee cart and coffee shop counter.
• Educate guests on the drinks menu, make recommendations and up‑sell special items.
• Complete opening and closing duties, including stocking, cleaning equipment and securing the area.
• Input orders into the cash register system and collect payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tables and equipment throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Warm demeanour and service‑oriented personality.
• Team‑player attitude.
• Positive outlook and dependability.
• Previous food and beverage experience is desired.

Required skills

• Espresso machine operation.
• Cash register system usage.
