About the role
Join Costa Coffee at Birmingham Airport’s T2 Landside terminal as a Barista. You will create great coffee and deliver a friendly, energising experience for travellers and visitors, working flexible shifts that match both your needs and the store’s schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and other menu items to high standards.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficiently run store environment.
- Ensure the menu is mastered and consistently delivered.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets.
Required profile
- Resourceful, adaptable and positive attitude.
- Accountable with pride in delivering quality.
- Calm, composed and strong communication skills.
- Genuine people focus and enthusiasm for teamwork.

- Hourly rate of £13.12 – £14.12 (location dependent).
