BEMS Commissioning Engineer

About the role

The BEMS Commissioning Engineer will join a fast‑growing building management systems company, delivering installation, commissioning and service of advanced energy management solutions across London, the Home Counties and beyond. You will work directly with clients on site, ensuring high‑quality delivery and fostering strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out BEMS system servicing, call‑outs and remedial work.
• Commission new BEMS installations and perform light retrofit projects.
• Develop and modify graphical and software builds for Tridium and Trend platforms.
• Provide on‑site software adjustments and upgrades.
• Travel to client sites in London, the Home Counties and occasional further locations.

Required profile

• Extensive experience working with control panels.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Solid expertise with switches, valves, inverters and sensors.
• Proficiency in BEMS software – Trend or Tridium (experience with one is sufficient).
• Ability to make software adjustments on site.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel.
