Benefits Consultant – EMEA Focus

About the role

We are seeking a Benefits Consultant to support the EMEA region for a global, technology‑led financial organisation based in London. You will act as the primary point of contact for benefits queries and help implement the regional benefits strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Administer daily employee benefits across the EMEA region.
• Serve as the main resource for all EMEA benefits inquiries.
• Support the International Benefits Lead in rolling out the EMEA benefits strategy.
• Liaise with insurance providers, brokers and benefits vendors on behalf of the company and its employees.
• Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, Mobility and Finance teams.
• Contribute to special projects, including the launch of a new benefits platform.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in employee benefits administration.
• Background in a global business within technology, financial services or a similar sector (preferred).
• Degree in Human Resources or a related qualification (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team, handling uncertainty and open‑ended issues.
