BI Analyst – Power BI & Data Insights

About the role

We are looking for a BI Analyst to join our growing Business Intelligence team, supporting large workforce and talent solutions programmes across the UK and internationally. The role goes beyond simple reporting – you will analyse trends, uncover opportunities and help stakeholders understand the business impact of the data.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports for key customers.
• Analyse workforce, spend and performance data to identify trends and insights.
• Work closely with customer teams, PMOs and business stakeholders.
• Respond to ad‑hoc reporting requests and shifting business priorities.
• Use SQL and Databricks to access and manipulate data.
• Help improve reporting automation and data processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience working as a BI Analyst.
• Experience producing business insights and recommendations from data.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong time‑management ability to handle competing priorities.
• Experience within recruitment, staffing, MSP, RPO or workforce solutions (desirable).
