Bid Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Bid Coordinator to own the administrative side of our sales process. You will manage tender submissions, bid responses and client questionnaires, ensuring high‑quality, timely delivery while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and own tender submissions, bid responses and procurement questionnaires.
• Draft clear, accurate answers to client questions and gather input from product, technical, security and commercial teams.
• Build and maintain a reusable library of bid content, answers and supporting documents.
• Support the sales team with security questionnaires, late‑stage client requests and HubSpot administration.
• Manage renewals, extensions and downgrades for smaller or non‑target accounts.
• Use AI tools to increase speed, consistency and quality of bid documentation.
• Maintain data quality, generate reports and dashboards, and help improve CRM workflows.

Required profile

• Experience in sales administration, bid support, tender coordination or commercial operations.
• Strong written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Enjoy organising information, documents and processes.
• Background in construction or ConTech is desirable.
