About the role
The Bid Executive will support the sales team by creating tailored bid proposals for clients in the business services sector. This fast‑paced role is ideal for an organised, detail‑oriented professional who enjoys turning information into compelling submissions.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the end‑to‑end preparation of bid proposals, ensuring accuracy and client‑specific tailoring.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather required data and insights for each bid.
- Maintain consistency with company branding and messaging across all submissions.
- Update and manage a library of bid templates and supporting documentation.
- Track bid schedules and meet strict deadlines.
- Conduct post‑bid reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
- Research market trends to enhance bid competitiveness.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Required profile
- 2–3+ years experience in bid writing or a similar executive role.
- Strong organisational abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written communication with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactive problem‑solving attitude and commitment to high‑quality work.
