About the role
Join a small, high‑visibility bids team in Manchester, working across public‑sector and compliance‑led services. You’ll collaborate with commercial, operational, finance and technical stakeholders to deliver winning tender responses.
Key responsibilities
- Manage bids from initial review through to submission, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
- Analyse tender documents, identify key requirements and develop win themes.
- Coordinate input from cross‑functional teams and maintain the bid library.
- Write, edit and review high‑quality tender responses.
- Contribute to bid strategy and continuous improvement of bid processes.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience as a Bid Manager, preferably in the public sector.
- Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end bid processes in a fast‑moving, deadline‑driven environment.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across the business.
Required skills
- Experience with public‑sector tender frameworks.
- Proficiency in bid management tools and document preparation.
