BIM Coordinator

About the role

Join Bouygues' technical design team as a BIM Coordinator based in our Waterloo office. You will work in a hybrid setting, supporting the delivery of complex construction projects that rely heavily on Building Information Modelling.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural, structural and MEP models using BIM tools such as Revit, Revizto, Solibri and Morta.
• Report project milestones, progress and performance indicators to senior management and stakeholders.
• Support the Business Unit/Regional BIM Manager in creating and maintaining comprehensive digital documentation.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with project standards across all deliverables.
• Promote best practices in digital construction and foster collaboration among multidisciplinary teams.
• Liaise with consultants, production teams, contractors and supply‑chain partners to facilitate clear communication and problem‑solving.
• Represent the BIM function in design coordination, progress and technical meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in design coordination within a major construction company or subcontractor.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated analytical, organisational and leadership abilities.
• Experience delivering training and mentoring on BIM, digital tools and structured data management.
