BIM Co‑ordinator

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a BIM Co‑ordinator to join its London team. The role supports the Project Information Manager and BIM Manager in establishing a robust digital framework and a high‑performance Common Data Environment (CDE). You will help ensure technical consistency, data integrity and quality across all project models throughout the lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in applying the BIM Execution Plan and Information Management Plan.
• Support the review and implementation of proper element and parameter naming conventions.
• Help prepare asset data procedures and model quality‑assurance templates.
• Generate and apply clash‑report templates using Navisworks Manage and BIMcollab.
• Contribute to model audits, quality reports and data integrity checks.

Required profile

• Strong technical proficiency in BIM modelling and coordination.
• Experience with information standards such as naming conventions, COBie and IFC schema.
• Ability to develop BIM Execution Plans and standard operating procedures.
• Knowledge of OpenBIM workflows and ISO 19650 CDE management.
• Attention to detail when reviewing model parameters and ensuring consistency.
