BIM Coordinator

About the role

Join a world‑leading architectural practice as a BIM Coordinator on an initial six‑month contract in London. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high‑profile, multidisciplinary projects through digital excellence and close collaboration with architects and design technology specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM workflows across large‑scale architectural schemes.
• Manage BIM QA/QC processes and ensure ISO 19650 compliance.
• Run clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks.
• Support and develop Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud workflows.
• Create automated workflows for data extraction and model management.
• Produce BIM reports, presentations and project documentation.
• Onboard and mentor project teams on BIM standards.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants and digital delivery specialists to meet project standards.
• Maintain and improve collaborative digital delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a BIM Coordinator or in digital delivery.
• Advanced Revit expertise on complex architectural projects.
• Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Proficiency with Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection.
• Excellent understanding of BIM standards and ISO 19650.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Previous experience within an architectural practice or multidisciplinary consultancy.
