BIM Coordinator (London)

About the role

A rare and exciting opportunity with an iconic global architecture studio for an experienced BIM Coordinator in their vibrant London office. The role sits within the Design Technology Team, supporting architects and designers across all design stages and ensuring optimal use of BIM tools.

Key responsibilities

• Support architects and designers in the effective use of Revit throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain bespoke BIM workflows and content libraries.
• Collaborate closely with the BIM Lead and other BIM specialists to uphold practice standards and procedures.
• Manage model coordination, clash detection and resolution using industry‑standard tools.
• Ensure compliance with UK BIM Standards (ISO 19650) and relevant building regulations.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of Revit and Rhino.
• Extensive experience in Revit modelling, model management and content creation.
• Background delivering BIM on large‑scale or complex architectural projects.
• Good understanding of UK BIM Standards (ISO 19650) and building regulations.
• Familiarity with coordination tools such as Navisworks, ACC, BIM Collab or Solibri.
• Experience working in a leading architecture studio in a BIM coordination or similar role.
