BIM / Information Manager – Consultancy

About the role

We are seeking a BIM / Information Manager to join our consultancy and support blue‑chip clients through the full construction lifecycle. The role bridges design BIM expertise with advisory best‑practice, delivering digital excellence across large‑scale projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and support BIM documentation, processes and protocols for diverse customers.
• Run Information Management projects, ensuring high‑quality customer service.
• Use Revit for modelling and Solibri or Navisworks for clash detection and data checking.
• Export and federate COBie spreadsheets for construction projects.
• Define and deliver working procedures and standards.
• Attend and lead client meetings, providing technical presentations.
• Support business development with technical qualification, scope definition and demonstrations.

Required profile

• Experience with IFC and IFC‑SPF standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously to deadlines.
• Proactive team player eager to learn and contribute.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation.
