BIM Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM delivery across multiple drylining, partition and ceiling packages on large‑scale construction projects. The role works closely with design, pre‑construction, commercial and operational teams to ensure accurate and efficient design information throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead BIM delivery from pre‑construction through to project completion.
• Manage and coordinate project models using Revit and related BIM platforms.
• Develop, maintain and implement BIM standards, processes and workflows.
• Review and resolve drawing comments, technical queries and coordination issues.
• Coordinate design information between consultants, architects, contractors and suppliers.
• Support clash detection, model reviews and coordination workshops.
• Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) processes and document control.
• Monitor BIM quality standards and ensure consistency across deliverables.
• Contribute to the development of the company’s BIM capability and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing BIM delivery on large‑scale construction projects.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience using Revit.
• Strong understanding of drawing management, technical reviews and design coordination.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in drylining, interiors or specialist subcontracting is desirable.
• Knowledge of BIM standards such as ISO 19650 is a plus.
