Block Manager – High‑Value Residential Portfolio

About the role

We are partnering with a market‑leading residential agency in Chelsea to recruit a Block Manager who will oversee a prestigious portfolio of high‑value blocks. The role is client‑facing, requiring confidence and professionalism when dealing with leaseholders, contractors and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of luxury residential blocks, ensuring service standards and compliance.
• Liaise daily with leaseholders, residents and contractors, handling enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs and planned works, conducting regular site inspections.
• Monitor budgets, service charge expenditure and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders and uphold excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Proven track record in block management, preferably with high‑value or prestige portfolios.
• ATPI qualification.
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to commute within one hour of Chelsea, London.
