BMW Sales Executive – Automotive Retail Role

About the role

Sytner Group is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join its BMW dealership in Romford. You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the entire car‑buying journey and ensuring a premium experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers face‑to‑face to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Present BMW models, arrange test drives and provide detailed product information.
• Negotiate offers and close sales while meeting individual and team targets.
• Maintain a flexible working pattern, including weekends, to maximise customer service.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably within a dealership environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Full, valid UK driving licence (beneficial).
• Willingness to attend an assessment centre as part of the recruitment process.
