About the role

North Oxford Garage is seeking a skilled BMW Technician to join its high‑performing after‑sales team. You will work on premium BMW vehicles, delivering service to the highest manufacturer standards while providing a customer‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, service and repair BMW vehicles in line with manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct vehicle health checks and clearly report findings.
• Meet productivity targets without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with a supportive workshop team.
• Uphold the BMW brand reputation through exceptional customer interaction.

Required profile

• Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Experience in a franchised dealership environment (BMW/MINI preferred but not essential).
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities.
• Team‑player with a proactive attitude.
• Full UK driving licence.
