Booking Manager

About the role

Soho Sonic Studios is looking for a Booking Manager to oversee the full booking lifecycle for its music and media studios in Soho and Camden. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, coordinate with engineers and producers, and ensure smooth studio operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the studio inbox, respond to enquiries, quote rates and check engineer and studio availability across both sites.
• Confirm bookings end‑to‑end, handle invoicing via Xero, collect session details and coordinate with engineers and producers.
• Maintain the shared studio calendar, keeping music, media and internal sessions organised and conflict‑free.
• Prepare day‑before sessions by confirming with engineers, chasing session material and ensuring everything is ready.
• Coordinate scheduling for A&R sessions and meetings, supporting the Artist Development Manager.
• Provide light scheduling support for Directors, including booking flights, travel and handling day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
• Maintain relationships with returning clients and agencies, escalating issues to management when needed.

Required profile

• Experience in a client‑facing coordination, bookings or studio/venue admin role.
• Excellent written communication with the ability to adjust tone for different clients.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail, especially for invoicing and scheduling.
• Calm and warm manner under pressure, able to juggle multiple live enquiries.
• Hospitality‑mindset, ensuring clients feel welcomed and the studio is presented well.

• Xero invoicing/accounting software.
• Monday.com project management tool.
• Google Calendar for scheduling.
