About the role
The Boutique Assistant acts as an ambassador of the Maison, welcoming clients, managing waiting times and supporting sales associates throughout the day. The role ensures a seamless client experience and contributes to daily boutique operations.
Key responsibilities
- Client welcoming and waiting time management: greet clients, direct them to waiting areas, maintain smooth client flow and provide information about the Maison.
- Sales assistance: coordinate between sales associates, stock admin and cashiers, handle gift‑wrapping, accompany clients to the exit and support care‑service duties.
- Daily boutique operations: keep the boutique environment impeccable, support stock inventories and price labeling, assist with visual‑merchandising set‑up and order boutique supplies.
Profile
- Experience in client‑service roles, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, adaptable and strong team player.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
