Branch Manager – Bathrooms (Oxford)

About the role

Clifton Trade Bathrooms is seeking an energetic Branch Manager to lead its Oxfordshire outlet. You will own the branch’s performance, driving sales, margins and team development in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take full P&L responsibility for the branch, managing sales targets, margins and cost control.
• Develop and nurture relationships with traders, customers and local partners to generate new business and repeat sales.
• Recruit, train, motivate and retain a small, high‑performing team.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and profitability.
• Foster a positive, fun culture while maintaining a strong focus on results.

Required profile

• Proven sales leader with a track record of exceeding targets.
• People‑focused manager who can inspire and develop a team.
• Resilient, driven and comfortable working in a competitive environment.
• Customer‑first mindset with a commitment to top‑tier service.
• Full UK driving licence (travel required for training).

• Basic salary £35,478 with uncapped bonus (OTE up to £50,000).
