Branch Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a busy branch in Enfield. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, driving profitability, and developing a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day branch operations and ensure health & safety compliance.
• Drive operational performance, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Motivate, manage and develop a high‑performing team.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor stock, resources, budgets and branch KPIs.
• Support the Branch Supervisor to manage the branch in your absence.
• Foster an inclusive, safety‑focused workplace culture.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, Depot Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong commercial awareness with a proven record of improving performance and profitability.
• Experience in customer relationship management and business development.
• Excellent leadership, communication and people‑management abilities.
• Ability to analyse KPIs and make informed decisions.
• Proactive, customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
