About the role

The Branch Operations Manager will lead day‑to‑day activities at a BSS branch in Islington, driving sales, ensuring smooth operations and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the branch team to achieve sales targets and profitability.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Oversee branch operations, including fleet management and health & safety compliance.
• Motivate, coach and develop staff to reach their full potential.
