Branch Sales Assistant

About the role

TF Solutions, part of the Travis Perkins Group, is hiring a Branch Sales Assistant in Leeds. The role is permanent and full time, working 8am to 5pm, and sits on the front line of the branch team, dealing with customers who come into the shop. The company describes itself as a distributor of air conditioning, refrigeration and heat pump products.

Key responsibilities

• Work with customers in the trade counter and by phone, helping them get products safely and efficiently.
• Process customer orders, answer the phone, keep stock and face up shelves.
• Deal with supplier deliveries and book them in accurately.
• Gain experience in the warehouse and with the administration team, and build product knowledge.
• Deliver a friendly, helpful service and build strong relationships with customers.

Required profile

• Ability to provide excellent customer service and to upsell where appropriate.
• Adaptable, resilient and energetic, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly and outgoing, comfortable communicating face to face with customers.
