Brand Ambassador – In‑Store Sampler (Food & Alcohol)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to represent leading food and alcohol brands in store sampling events across Northwich. You will work flexible, ad‑hoc shifts between Thursday and Sunday, engaging shoppers and promoting products.

Key responsibilities

• Approach customers, offer product samples and clearly explain benefits.
• Use product knowledge to encourage purchases and drive in‑store sales.
• Create a fun, memorable experience that reflects the premium nature of the brand.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including food hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Confident, outgoing communicator comfortable interacting with the public.
• Reliable and professional attitude; able to work during peak retail hours.
• Willingness to sample alcohol when required.
• Previous experience in promotions, retail, hospitality, events or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
