Brand and Community Manager

About the role

The Brand and Community Manager will shape and protect Brighton & Hove Albion’s brand across the stadium, training ground and the wider community. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will ensure the club’s values are reflected in every activation and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Steward the club’s visual identity at the American Express Stadium, Elite Performance Training Ground and throughout the city.
• Act as the primary liaison between the club and charitable/community partners.
• Design, plan and execute brand‑focused activations that align with club values.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through to delivery.
• Collaborate with corporate sponsors, community leaders and internal stakeholders to maximise impact.

Required profile

• A keen eye for visual identity and brand consistency.
• Exceptional relationship‑building skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage several activations at once.
• Genuine passion for community impact, diversity and the club’s role in the city.
