Brand & Content Marketing Manager

About the role

Refined Networks is looking for a Brand & Content Marketing Manager to shape its story and build the brand across global marketplaces. You will own the brand voice, develop the content strategy and execute day‑to‑day content that positions Refined as the go‑to partner for fashion and lifestyle brands expanding cross‑border.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve brand messaging, tone of voice and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Develop and manage the content strategy and editorial calendar.
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to create website copy, sales materials and new content assets.
• Write and edit high‑quality blogs, case studies, thought‑leadership pieces, sales collateral, website copy and social media content.
• Create high‑impact visuals to boost engagement.
• Translate complex ecommerce, logistics and marketplace topics into clear, engaging content.
• Support demand‑generation campaigns with relevant content and assets.
• Partner with Business Development and senior leadership to produce sales‑enablement materials.
• Assist with awards, PR and partnership content as needed.
• Measure content performance and apply insights to improve creation and distribution.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience creating pipeline‑driving content in a B2B, SaaS or startup environment.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling abilities with a clear, direct style.
• Portfolio demonstrating both strategic thought‑leadership and conversion‑focused copy.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and tailor messaging for senior audiences.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent collaboration skills and confidence working with senior leadership.

Required skills

• Design skills for end‑to‑end content execution (beneficial but not mandatory).
