Brand & Fan Experience Manager

About the role

The Brand & Fan Experience Manager will lead the marketing team in bringing Brighton & Hove Albion’s brand to life for supporters and partners. Working from the American Express Stadium, you will shape the overall fan journey, from match‑day activations to community events, ensuring every touch‑point reflects the club’s values and 2030 vision.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and execute match‑day activations and fan‑focused events across the stadium and training facilities.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to align all initiatives with the club’s brand pillars.
• Develop and maintain a calendar of fan engagement activities that drive commercial revenue and social responsibility goals.
• Monitor performance metrics, gather fan feedback and continuously improve the experience.
• Manage budgets, timelines and resources for large‑scale venue events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in events or marketing roles, preferably within large‑venue sports environments.
• Strong organisational ability and capacity to juggle strategic planning with day‑to‑day execution.
• Collaborative, curious and values‑driven leadership style.
• Passion for sport and a deep understanding of fan culture.
