Brand Manager – EK (Europe)

About the role

As the Brand Manager for EK, you will lead the strategic and commercial development of the EK brand across Bihr’s Powersports distribution network in France and the wider European market. You will collaborate with internal product, sales and purchasing teams to drive growth, increase brand awareness and ensure consistent brand representation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement EK’s brand strategy across European markets.
• Act as the main liaison between EK, the Bihr Transmission Product Manager and internal teams.
• Support local sales teams with tailored marketing and commercial plans.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions and European campaigns.
• Provide sales tools, training materials and organise reseller events.
• Track and analyse KPIs such as sales, margins, market share and report on performance.
• Manage the brand budget to ensure optimal ROI.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing or sales.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing or sales, preferably in motorcycle, technical parts or equipment.
• Strong knowledge of network development, commercial strategy and product marketing.
• Good understanding of the European market and its local specificities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English; German, Spanish or Italian a plus.
• Excellent command of office tools and digital marketing tools.
