CRM Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (3‑month contract)

About the role

A three‑month contract position supporting a well‑established UK logistics and fulfilment business. You will own the day‑to‑day delivery of digital lead generation, using Microsoft Dynamics 365 to build, segment and nurture prospect audiences. The role starts immediately and requires a hands‑on, B2B‑focused CRM manager.

Key responsibilities

• Build, segment and continuously refresh targeted prospect lists using Cognism and other approved data sources.
• Upload and manage prospect data within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Create and maintain campaign lists, segmentation, journeys and workflows in Dynamics 365.
• Support always‑on lead generation campaigns, ensuring prospects flow into the correct outreach journeys.
• Monitor prospect engagement and route qualified leads to the Sales team.
• Produce regular reports on campaign performance, lead generation and conversion.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to support sector‑specific campaigns and lead generation activity.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (essential).
• Experience using Cognism or a similar prospecting/data tool.
• Previous B2B marketing experience, preferably in a lead generation environment measured against qualified leads and pipeline.
• Ability to work independently and quickly get up to speed with existing systems and campaigns.
• Commercial mindset focused on maintaining a consistent flow of qualified leads.
