Brand & Marketing Executive (Part‑time)

About the role

Riverside Recruitment is seeking a creative, commercially‑minded Brand & Marketing Executive on a part‑time basis. You will help shape the company’s brand narrative, showcase its expertise, and strengthen relationships with clients, candidates and the local community.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of Riverside’s brand and marketing activities.
• Create clear, consistent, and engaging messaging across all channels.
• Produce blogs, articles, case studies and thought‑leadership content.
• Generate LinkedIn posts, website copy, email campaigns and other digital assets.
• Assist client and candidate marketing campaigns.
• Capture photography and video content to bring the brand to life.
• Maintain brand identity across all communications and materials.
• Contribute to website and campaign development.
• Review marketing performance and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Enjoys combining creativity with commercial thinking.
• Has experience in a marketing role delivering impactful campaigns.
• Understands the importance of brand reputation and consistent communication.
