Business Analyst – Payments & Banking Operations

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyse business problems and client requirements related to payments and banking processes.
• Develop detailed business requirements, user stories and operational designs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams and third‑party suppliers to ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Support the creation of business cases, feasibility studies and project progress reports.
• Assist change‑management activities, including traceability matrix development and solution embedding.

Required profile

• Experience analysing complex payments or financial‑services environments.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and engage senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with confidence presenting to varied audiences.
• Proactive problem‑solving in ambiguous situations.
• Familiarity with regulatory or highly governed programmes is a plus.
