Business Analyst / Product Manager – Equities & Structured Products

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst / Product Manager to join our London‑based team, focusing on equities, ETFs, fixed income, futures, options and structured products. The role blends business analysis, product ownership and project delivery across several business divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather functional requirements from internal and external stakeholders and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• Collaborate with development teams to design and deliver enhancements to trading systems.
• Drive product initiatives through full project life‑cycle, defining timelines, dependencies and risks.
• Produce training material in English and support client onboarding.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting scope and solving problems with innovative solutions.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation actions.
• Use MS Project to forecast, track progress and report status.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of equities e‑trading and exchange connectivity; experience with ETFs, fixed income, futures, options and FX is advantageous.
• Background in banking, brokerage, trading software vendors, trader support or IT support with a solid understanding of financial markets.
• Ability to work independently, challenge stakeholders and deliver results.

Required skills

• In‑depth understanding of financial markets (equities, ETFs, fixed income, futures, FX).
• Experience in business analysis and functional requirement definition.
• Proficiency with MS Project for project planning and monitoring.
