Business Analyst / Product Owner (Hybrid/Remote)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Product Owner to drive business change, digital transformation and technology delivery across multiple sectors. You will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams and project managers to translate needs into valuable product solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements and processes.
- Define product features, create user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and prioritise product backlogs in an Agile environment.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions.
- Support User Acceptance Testing and change management activities.
- Produce business process maps and documentation.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner (7+ years for contract roles).
- Proven experience working in Agile teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Background in financial services, public sector, healthcare, insurance, retail, utilities or telecommunications is desirable.
