Business Analyst – Real Assets (Digital Team)

About the role

As an Associate Business Analyst in the Real Assets Digital team at Macquarie Group, you will help deliver digital solutions that streamline the investment lifecycle for investment professionals. You will work closely with senior analysts, product managers and technology partners to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from end‑users.
• Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities to improve data flows and integration across internal platforms.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories and support user acceptance testing.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation and knowledge‑base artifacts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across global time zones.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of Business Analyst experience in financial services, preferably private markets.
• Hands‑on experience working in an agile environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for a wide range of stakeholders.
