About the role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team on a remote, part‑time basis. The role focuses on analysing operational workflows, generating insights and supporting cross‑functional initiatives to improve efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse operational workflows and identify opportunities for process optimisation.
- Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives and support operational decision‑making.
- Review operational data, generate clear actionable insights and prepare concise reports for stakeholders.
- Communicate findings effectively across teams.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Support process‑improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and consistency.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of business operations and workflow management.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Experience with reporting tools.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets.
