Business Analyst – Third Party Risk Management

About the role

Pontoon is looking for a Business Analyst to support the ongoing implementation and enhancement of its cloud‑based Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) platform. The role is hybrid, with 2‑3 days a week in the London office, and runs until 31 December 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and refine business requirements from internal stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into platform configuration, including workflows, reports and work profiles.
• Support testing, go‑live activities and business readiness.
• Assist with legacy data migration into the platform.
• Produce clear user documentation and training materials to drive adoption.
• Enhance functionality and optimise existing TPRM processes.

Required profile

• Strong Business Analysis capability with experience on risk‑based, cloud platform implementations.
• Familiarity with TPRM concepts, governance workflows and reporting.
• Ability to work closely with stakeholders and translate needs into practical solutions.
• Excellent written communication for documentation and training content.
