Business Central Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Central Functional Consultant to join a client’s growing delivery team. The role involves working on a variety of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects, including new implementations, upgrades and continuous‑improvement initiatives, helping customers extract maximum value from their ERP systems.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Business Central implementation and upgrade projects from start‑to‑finish.
• Run customer workshops, capture business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
• Manage project scope, provide trusted consultancy and ensure successful delivery.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
• Strong functional knowledge of Business Central and proven ability to facilitate workshops.
• Commercial awareness with confidence to challenge assumptions when appropriate.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven attitude; experience in manufacturing, projects or service management is a plus.
