Business Development & Bid Manager

About the role

An award-winning architecture and design studio, known for residential, mixed-use and urban regeneration projects, is recruiting a Business Development & Bid Manager for a 13-month maternity leave contract. The role leads the preparation of EOIs, bids, PQQs and ITTs and supports directors in spotting and responding to strategic opportunities. It combines bid coordination, client relationship management and marketing support, and acts as the central point for business development meetings, marketing events and CRM activity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of EOIs, bids, PQQs and ITTs
• Support directors in identifying and responding to strategic business opportunities
• Coordinate business development meetings, marketing events and CRM activity
• Help deliver the tactical marketing plan in line with the wider business strategy

Required profile

• Proven experience managing EOIs, ITTs, PQQs and bid submissions
• Previous experience with architects, designers, engineers, or a consultancy or graphic design background
• Comfortable running business development meetings and supporting directors
• Confident managing CRM systems and reporting on client activity
• Familiar with ISO 9001 processes and quality standards
