Business Development Executive – International

About the role

Join the Marketing & Business Development function of a leading international law firm and support its global growth strategy. Based in London with a hybrid work model, you will work across jurisdictions, building relationships with partners and senior stakeholders worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Support international business development campaigns and strategic initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with partners and senior stakeholders across the firm’s global network.
• Coordinate cross‑border marketing and business development activities.
• Create credentials, capability statements and client‑facing materials.
• Assist with pitches, tenders and new business opportunities.
• Manage international content on digital platforms and internal knowledge hubs.
• Support events, conferences and profile‑raising activities.
• Track opportunities and ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Experience in business development or marketing within professional services or legal environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborative, proactive and commercially minded.
• Interest in international business and cross‑border collaboration.
