A propos du poste
Join a dynamic and growing business development team at bk plus! We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth across our Scottish offices. Working closely with the Head of Business Development, local partners, and the marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new client opportunities from lead generation to successful onboarding.
Missions principales
- Collaborate within the BD team to drive regional growth and identify local opportunities with office partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial lead generation to seamless client integration.
- Convert key prospects through tailored proposals, strategic relationship management, and structured follow-ups.
- Implement and evaluate marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives to generate qualified business leads.
- Support the creation and optimization of BD strategies, tools, and technological platforms.
- Provide regular performance reporting on pipeline health, conversion rates, and fee growth to the Head of BD.
Profil recherché
- Proven track record in business development within the professional services sector.
- Experience in highly regulated industries such as Accounting, Legal, or Financial Advisory is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales processes and build long-term client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor pipeline performance and conversion metrics.
