About the role
We are seeking a confident Business Development Executive to join our fast‑growing sales team in Basildon. You will work in a high‑energy office environment, building new business opportunities and driving revenue while enjoying genuine earning potential.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and contact prospective business clients.
- Build and manage a pipeline of new opportunities.
- Develop strong client relationships and understand customer needs.
- Present tailored solutions, negotiate terms and close deals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- Confident, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
- Motivated by targets, money and career progression.
- Competitive mindset and positive work ethic.

- Basic salary £25,000‑£35,000 per year.
- Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £60k+.
