About the role

Join a fast‑growing healthcare product distributor as a Business Development Graduate. You will work on generating revenue by nurturing warm leads and creating new opportunities, supporting the company’s expansion across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Gain in‑depth knowledge of the company’s portfolio to effectively educate prospects.
• Proactively contact prospects via phone, email and social channels to arrange meetings, webinars and demos.
• Research accounts, identify key influencers and build strong relationships.
• Support customer success to ensure satisfaction with delivered services.
• Shadow senior team members to learn the full 360‑degree sales process and progress within the business.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team‑player who can also work independently.
• Comfortable in a target‑driven environment and self‑motivated.
